Palace as a company has been going for five years and in that time we have worked on some wonderful projects. We are immensely proud of what we have achieved and are grateful to have worked with clients who have enhanced the work we do to make something special.

However with the ever widening digital landscape being what it is we've found ourselves wanting to pursue goals that don’t fit into the Palace offering. So as of October 2015, we have decided to wind the company down to diversify and try out new things...

Thanks, Graeme and Julian.

Grinderman official website

Grinderman is Nick Cave, Warren Ellis, Martyn P. Casey and Jim Sclavunos. Be very afraid! Full screen video backgrounds and jQuery driven AJAX page loads made the build of this site quite a challenge. We collaborated with Flowplayer to create a custom video player especially for this project.

Virgin EMI Records label website

Virgin Records has been at the heart of every seminal moment in music and in 2013  joined forces with another illustrious name in music – EMI – to become Virgin EMI Records. We worked closely with the label and have designed and built them a site worthy of their heritage.

David Bowie – Station To Station

Keeping in mind the original album artwork we built a HTML5 interactive feature to investigate the deluxe boxset content. We also produced the video and animation and then made it completely multi-lingual using the Google translate API.

The Kills official website

We’ve created work for The Kills for the last two album launches including a fan generated ‘postcard’ campaign, exclusive video previews and in the case of the new album ‘Blood Pressures’ a blog built specifically for Alison and Jamie to update on the road.

Iain & Jane website

Clarity of information! We worked closely with Iain and Jane on the design and user interface as being visual artists they knew ‘exactly’ what they wanted. This site is a real resource for their varied and excellent work.
